PURPOSE: A cosmetic package container is provided to prevent secondary pollution due to residual remaining in cosmetics. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic package container comprises a time display unit(110), a leading cosmetic receiving unit(120), and a cosmetic receiving unit(130). The time display unit forms a color change interval for a predetermined time by causing color change. The leading cosmetic receiving unit receives cosmetics and discharges the cosmetics in linking with the compression of the time display unit. The cosmetic receiving unit receives cosmetics and discharges the cosmetics by an external force.
