PURPOSE: A stick and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the hand from sliding and to improve the appearance of the stick. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a stick is as follows. Synthetic resin foam or rubber foam(2) is manufactured by foaming synthetic resin or rubber. A handle semi-product(4) is molded by cutting the manufactured synthetic resin foam or rubber foam. An adhesive layer(6) is formed by applying an adhesive on the surface of the handle semi-product. A flocking layer is formed by planting mono-fiber on the adhesive layer of the handle semi-product. The adhesive layer is cured. The handle(10) and stick(20) are assembled together. |
