PURPOSE: A solid oxide fuel cell separator which includes a current collector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce constant resistance of the current collector and increase electrical efficiency by including the current collector in which the flow path is formed. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell separator which includes a current collector comprises a flat separator substrate(113) and a metal current collector(114) in which flow paths(115) is formed in a single-side. The side in which the flow path is not formed is welded in the separator material. A manufacturing method of the solid oxide fuel cell separating plate comprises the following steps: a step forming flow path in a single-side of the flat metal current collector; and a step of welding the side in which the flow path is not formed with the separator material.
