PURPOSE: A material providing unit and a material providing method using the same are provided to easily shield a tank. CONSTITUTION: A can(611) has an inner space which contains materials. A discharging tube(617) is formed on one side of the can. The discharging tube is a discharging path of the materials. A supply tube(620) is inserted into the discharging tube. A valve(616) is installed in the discharging tube. The valve is moved by the inserted supply tube. The valve adjusts connection between the discharging tube and the supply tube.
