PURPOSE: A black box for a vehicle is provided to allow accesses of authorized people for video data and transmit emergency signals to outside automatically. CONSTITUTION: A black box for a vehicle comprises a sensor unit(110), a control unit(120), storage(130), a communication unit(140), and an authorization unit(150). The sensor unit detects the impact on a vehicle. The control unit transmits signals for help the communication unit and allows accesses for video data. The communication unit transmits signals for gathering help from outside.
