<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in mechanical strength, easy moldability and solvent resistance, and to provide a decorative laminate to be laminated on a molded body, a decorative sheet, and a decorated molded article which use the same. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate includes: a layer (A) made from a polycarbonate resin material with a resin component of a polycarbonate resin; and a layer (B) made from a thermoplastic resin material with a resin component of a thermoplastic resin having a ring structure, laminated on one surface of the layer (A).
