<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which, by one system, constitutes the digital disaster prevention radio communication systems of prefectures, cities, towns and villages conventionally constituted of two systems of a mobile system and a broadcasting system. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile system digital communication system is provided with an operation console, an outdoor loudspeaker and a house receiver for broadcasting communication. When a utilization request of a broadcasting system comes from the operation console, a line controller monitors the carrier of the communication channel of the mobile system for which four slots are allocated in one frame, and when performing the broadcasting communication, allocates all the four slots in one carrier to a broadcasting communication channel and uses them as a broadcasting channel. When not all of the four slots are free, communication is forcibly ended to perform the broadcasting communication in the case of a broadcasting communication request with a high degree of emergency, and it is waited until the four slots become free to perform the broadcasting communication in the case of the broadcasting communication request with a low degree of emergency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
