<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation device which can output large volume with a small occupied area. <P>SOLUTION: In an electroacoustic transducer 100, an elastic member 120 restraining a piezoelectric element 110 is connected to a substrate BP by a spring member 130. Consequently, the piezoelectric element 110 and the elastic member 120 can vibrate resiliently for the substrate BP, and that vibration can be enhanced by resonance.
