<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of vacuum tweezers which allows for reliable suction/release operation by preventing a suction error of a workpiece even if there is an operation error of manual operation. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of vacuum tweezers 1A(1) comprises a long body 2, a first function section 10 provided at one end of the body and suctions and holds a planar workpiece, and a second function section 20 which identifies the presence or absence of an object different from the workpiece. The pair of vacuum tweezers 1A(1) is further provided with control means 30 for switching the suction conditions of the workpiece in the first function section based on the identification result of the presence or absence of the object in the second function section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
