PURPOSE: A call pass system and a method thereof for passing over a call to a terminal are provided to connect a terminal and a call by informing a call signal to a service terminal. CONSTITUTION: An alarm unit(213) transmits a call alarm message to service terminals. The call alarm message includes a terminal list. A request processing unit(214) receives a receiving request message. The request processing unit connects a call to the terminal. The terminal transmits the receiving request message.
