PURPOSE: An organic semiconductor compound and an organic semiconductor polymers prepare from the same are provided to improve the mobility of the device by excellent coplanarity. CONSTITUTION: An organic semiconductor compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A heterocyclic group of C2-C30 containing at least one or more electron aspiratory imine nitrogen atoms contains a functional group. The heterocyclic group is selected from chemical formula 4. An organic semiconductor polymer contains a structural unit of chemical formula 5. A transistor contains the organic semiconductor compound or organic semiconductor polymers. The transistor comprises: a gate electrode placed on a substrate, source electrodes and drain electrodes, an insulation layer, and an active layer. The active layer contains the organic semiconductor compounds or organic semiconductor polymers.
