PURPOSE: An attachable pad for abdomen rest is provided to reduce burden on users by using flexible materials to reduce oppression. CONSTITUTION: An attachable pad for abdomen rest comprises a body part(1) and an adhesive part(2). The body part is composed of flexible materials such as silicon and rubber. The attachable pad for abdomen rest supports abdomen. The adhesive part sticks the body part to a bonding surface of sink and washstand. At both ends of the body part, protrusions protruded to the opposite side of the adhesive part are formed.
