PURPOSE: A rotary device for a frost prevention fan is provided to rotate a frost prevention fan preventing for damage to crops due to frost at 360 degree, thereby supplying air to a wide area and preventing malfunction of a rotary device. CONSTITUTION: A rotary device for a frost prevention fan comprises a base(100), a base axis(200), a rotary unit, a rotary main body(400), a base axis gear(500), a slip ring, a carbon brush(700), a driving motor(800), a driving motor shaft gear(900), and a power breaker. The base axis comprises a base axis wire insertion hole(210). The rotary unit rotates the rotary main body at 360 degree. The rotary unit insertion hole is formed in one side of the rotary main body and a driving motor insertion hole is formed in the other side of the rotary main body. The base axis gear is joined to the upper part of the rotary main body. The slip ring connects a wire has passed through the base axis wire insertion hole and contact to a brush terminal formed in a carbon brush in which a brush port is formed in the other side.
