PURPOSE: A chalk wrapped with a paper having cutting lines is provided to facilitate use of chalks by removing a paper which covers the chalk when needed. CONSTITUTION: A chalk wrapped with a paper having cutting lines comprises a chalk body(1) and a paper(2). The paper covers the chalk body. The paper includes a plurality of cutting lines(3). The cutting lines are formed leaving specified intervals. The paper can be separated from the chalk body through the cutting lines.
