PURPOSE: A terminal identifier allocating method, a base station supporting the same, and a terminal in a mobile communication system are provided to allocate terminal identifiers about a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base station allocates a terminal identifier to a terminal(S400). The base station generates an error control bit sequence for a control message. The control message includes resource allocation information. The base station masks the error control bit sequence to the predetermined mask. The base station transmits the control message to the terminal(S410). The control message includes the masked error control bit sequence.
