PURPOSE: A rotator and an automatic nucleic acid extractor having the same are provided to minimize air resistance and to reduce noise and heat generation. CONSTITUTION: A rotator(50) for an automatic nucleic acid extractor comprises: a central herb(51); a storage container mounting part(52) which is integrally formed at the outside of the central herb; a plurality of spoke members(53) which are integrally formed at the outside of the central herb in a radial direction; and a boundary wall(54) for integrally connecting the front part of the spoke members and outer part of the mounting part.
