To automatically eliminate the clogging with tablets before maintenance, the present invention provides a cassette body (14) including: a tablet cassette (12) which has, in a cassette main body (14) accommodating tablets, a rotor (13) rotatably provided and having a groove for holding a tablet, and in which a discharge port (19) for discharging the tablet held by the groove is formed in the cassette main body (14), with the cassette main body (14) being provided with a worm gear (23) in mesh with a gear (33, 22) fixed to a shaft of the rotor (13) protruding from a bottom of the cassette main body (14); and a carrying member (41) adapted to approach the tablet cassette (12) accommodating tablets to be extracted while holding a tablet container (9), and equipped with a drive shaft (50) to be engaged with the worm gear (23) to rotate the rotor (13) via the gear (33, 22). The worm gear (23) is provided so as to be movable in an axial direction thereof. The tablet container (9) is carried to the tablet cassette (12) by the carrying member (41) and, when a rotation of the rotor (13) stops halfway through dispensing of tablets, the worm gear (23) is moved in the axial direction the drive shaft of the carrying member (41) to cause the rotor (13) to make reverse rotation. |
