PREPARING APARATUS OF ANAEROBIC MEDIUM FOR OBLIGATE ANAEROBIC ARCHAEA AND EXTREMOPHILES

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing oxygen and mixing/distributing gas for manufacturing an obligate anaerobic medium is provided to resolve blockage of an oxygen removal column and to consistently maintain gas pressure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing oxygen and mixing/distributing gas for culturing anaerobes is used for identifying regeneration of a column through color change of a bare copper. The anaerobes are unculturable obligate anaerobic Archaea. The Archaea includes Methanobrevibacter sp., Methanobacterium sp., Geobacter sp., or Clostridium sp. An anaerobic chamber is driven by being connected with the apparatus.
