摘要 PURPOSE: A method for measuring a front standard 3D location change of a turbine operating process is provided to measure a location change cause by a thermal growth of a front standard at 3D images, thereby easily grasping a change of an axis alignment or the vibration of a bearing caused by the location change caused by the thermal grown in the front standard. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring a front standard 3D location change of a turbine operating process is as follows. A plurality of lugs is installed on a front base plate of the turbine front standard(S1). A plurality of lugs is installed in the left and right side base plates of the turbine front standard(S2). A plurality of upward and downward measuring points is set on a flange surface of the turbine front standard(S3). A forward and backward location change of the front standard is measured with a LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer) in each front lug(S4). A left and right location change of the front standard is measured with a LVDT in each left and right side lugs(S5). A upward and downward location change of the front standard is measured with a location measuring member at each measuring point(S6). A location change of the front standard caused by the thermal growth is confirmed with the measured data.
