摘要
1322646 Coil winding appartus ZAPOROZHSKY TRANSFORMATORNY ZAVOD 28 Sept 1971 45011/71 Heading HIT [Also in Division B3] A device for winding coils having "interlay sections" in which a wire is wound from the outer diameter to the inner diameter comprises bearing members 1 to 12 mounted circumferentially about a central mandrel 20 on a rotatable annular plate 13, each of which members is connected by rod 14 to a drive means 15 which drives the member in a radial direction. A guide member 22, for guiding the wire during winding of an interlay section, is mounted below the plate 13 and may be driven in the radial direction by a drive means 24 connected to the guide 22 by a rod 23. The plate 13 is supported on rollers 16 on blocks 17 and is rotatably driven by a drive 18 via transmission 19 in synchronism with rotation of a faceplate 21 to which the mandrel 20 is secured. Mandrel 20 supports stationary bearing members 27. In operation sections in which the turns are wound from the inner diameter to the outer diameter, are wound conventionally, i.e. mandrel 20 and plate 13 rotate to draw the wire on to the bearing members 27. During the winding of an interlay section the bearing members 1 to 12 and the guide 22 are initially arranged at a radial position equal to the required diameter of the winding minus two thickness of wire, and the first turn is wound on to the bearing members 1 to 12 by rotation of the mandrel and the plate. During subsequent rotation as the bearing members respectively approach the wire laying zone (#) (Figs. 7 to 10, not shown), i.e. the region of the guide 22, they are stepped radially inwards under the action of their respective drives by an amount equal to at least the thickness of the wire being wound, thereby creating a space between the turn already wound and the respective bearing member. The guide 22 is shaped so as to direct the wire being fed to the device into this created space and in the plane of the wound turns thereby effecting the turn to be laid radially inwardly of the previously laid turn. As each bearing member exits from the wire laying zone it is caused to exert a radially outwardly directed force on to the wire just laid to firmly retain the wound turns. At the beginning of each turn laid the guide 22 is stepped radially inwards by an amount equal to at least the thickness of the wire, under the action of its drive 24. The cycle is repeated until the final innermost turn of the section is wound when the bearing members 1 to 12 assume a position between the fixed bearing members 27 which are of sufficient thickness to allow the bearing members to be subsequently removed by upward movement of the latter. Distance pieces 28 are positioned on the interlay section prior to the winding of subsequent sections. The device may be programmed for a required sequence of operations.
