FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method injecting sand blend into spacing between mould and aluminium chill. Sand blend represents cold-seizure mix based on synthetic pitch binder. Spacing between model and chill is selected to heat cold-seizure sand blend to temperature of pitch binder destruction over blend entire depth during solidification. Sand blend is knocked out when interface of sand lining and chill reaches the temperature of pitch blend destruction. ^ EFFECT: ease of knocking out, possibility to use aluminium chills.
