FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-and-mass-exchange and may be used for producing loose products from solutions, suspensions and emulsions in velocity fluidised bed, and may be used in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Proposed method comprises creating rotating layer of inert particles with horizontal rotational axis and acceleration, rotation and drop-down zone in vortex flow by feeding fluidising gas into reactor bottom and area above said drop-down zone. Processed fluid jets are fed in pulsed mode and directed along inert particle flow in acceleration zone. Pulse and thermal modes ensure layer-by-layer deposition of material on particles and layer-by-layer drying. Release of gas and dried particles from vortex layer into layer-top space is carried out radially into top exposed area of drop-down zone via layer of revolving material. ^ EFFECT: decreasing sticking of material to reactor walls. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
