FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal breeding, namely to swine breeding. Method lies in the following: in sows analysed are morphological (content of erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin, content of hemoglobin in one erythrocyte, colour index) and biochemical (reserve alkalinity, content of glucose, total protein, protein fractions, calcium, phosphorus, creatinine, urea, cholesterol, activity of AlAT and AsAT) blood indices and content of hormones (17-oxycorticosteroids general, conjugated 17- oxycorticosteroids, free 17-oxycorticosteroids, adrenalin, noradrenalin) in day urine. Sensitivity of sows to stress factor in idle period is determined by difference in type of regression equation, which reflects structural interposition of main blood components, in case of parabola equation Y(t)=16.862+6.644*t-0.380*t*t animals are referred to stress-resistant, in case of logarithmic equation Y(t)=29.911+2.999*ln(t) - to stress-sensitive. After a month of animals' lactation sensitivity to stress factor is determined by form of regression equation, which reflects structural interrelation of adrenal hormones in animals' urine, in case of linear Y(t)=-8.169+5.371*t, animals are referred to stress-resistant, parabola - Y(t)=8.170-9.845*t+2.879*t*t - to stress-sensitive. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to identify sensitivity of sows to stress-factors more accurately. ^ 2 dwg, 12 tbl, 1 ex |
