FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and is intended for treatment of impression-compression fracture of tibial condyles. Device for osteosynthesis of central compression fracture of tibial condyles contains hollow cylindrical case with cutting edge and placed inside it pusher with possibility of movement. Pusher is made in form of piston with thread contacting with thread on internal surface of case. On external surface of case near cutting edge thread of self-screw type is made. Rests for holding device during operation are installed on case. ^ EFFECT: invention reduces operation trauma, which finally increases quality of joint surface reposition and results in reduction of terms of joint surface reconstruction. ^ 1 dwg
