The device (1) has a thermal probe (5) placed in external ground for transferring heat with the ground. A compressing module (9) is placed outside a dwelling (3) and connected to the probe. A compressor (15) circulates R407C-type refrigerant, and a pressure reducer (17) expands the refrigerant. A hydraulic module (11) is placed inside the dwelling and connected to the compressing module. A heat exchanger (25) is connected to the compressor and a utilization circuit (7) and transfers the heat between an electronic controller of the compressor and the utilization circuit. An independent claim is also included for a heating and/or air-conditioning device for a building.
