FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. Stage 2a-2b chronic obliterating lower extremity artery diseases, primarily with unilateral arterial involvement requires uniform compression of soft tissues of lesser involved extremity. Compression is applied along the full length of the lower extremity at pressure 23.0-32.0 mm Hg, daily, for at least 8 hours, not less than two months. ^ EFFECT: method enables improved microcirculation and faster development of collaterals, reduced risk of vascular bed injures, reduced length of treatment ensured by better macro- and microcirculation by continuous, extended compression of soft tissues of the collateral extremity ensuring faster formation of collaterals. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex |
