Liquid detergent composition comprises soap and water, where the composition contains an alkali salt of natural fatty acids (greater than 15 wt.%) and remains stable at rest over time. An independent claim is included for a preparation of the composition comprising: preparation of the mixture of fatty acid esters of plant origin comprising 10-18 parts by weight of olive oil and 1-4 parts by weight of oil of bay laurel, brought to a temperature of 40-80[deg] C; preparation of the aqueous alkaline solution of potassium hydroxide comprising 5-8 parts by weight of potassium hydroxide at a fraction of 7-20 parts of water (10-50 total water); incorporation of the mixture of esters of fatty acids to the aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide with stirring, until the appearance of a thick trace of soap; addition of at least another portion of water, still stirring for several hours until complete dissolution of the dough pieces of soap, if necessary by increasing the temperature to boiling; incorporation of additives, fragrance(s), preservative(s), amphoteric, non-ionic and/or anionic surfactant; and setting rest of the clear solution of soap produced, stored in a closed bottle. |
