PURPOSE: A brake device for a vehicle is provided to improve the feeling of pedaling by operating the brake pedal of a vehicle through small power by supplying the sufficient power for braking. CONSTITUTION: A brake device for a vehicle comprises a brake pedal(10), a first cylinder(30), a pedal simulator(50), a restoring unit(70), an operation detecting sensor, and a second cylinder(84). The rod of the first cylinder is connected to the brake pedal and generates hydraulic force. The pedal simulator forms pedal feeling by supplying working fluid discharged through the first cylinder. The restoring unit is installed between the first cylinder and the pedal simulator and restores working fluid into the first cylinder. The operation detecting sensor detects the stroke of a brake pedal. The second cylinder generates braking force through the operation of an actuator. |
