PURPOSE: A portable light emitting band is provided to maximize reflection efficiency by totally reflecting external light by combining a self-reflection sheet to both sides of a lateral direction of an axial light reflective sheet. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting unit(60) comprises an LED. The LED is mounted on the surface of a flexible substrate(50) at constant internals. An axial light reflective sheet(71) covers the flexible substrate and transmits light of the light emitting unit to outside. A fluorescent sheet(72) is sewn on both sides of a lateral direction of the axial light reflective sheet. A multi-sheet(70) is comprised of a self-reflection sheet(73) which is sewn in order to cover both sides of the lateral direction of the axial light reflective sheet. A side fixing plate(82) covers and fixes a base plate(80) and the both sides of the lateral direction of the multi-sheet. |
