CONSTITUTION: A waste collecting device(1) comprises a housing(100), a receiving unit, a first driving unit, and a first collecting unit(300). The housing comprises a first cover(110) capable of opening and closing. The receiving unit is movably arranged inside the housing. The first driving unit provides power so that the receiving unit can move on a first plane and rotate from the first plane The first collecting unit is detachably arranged in the housing.
