PURPOSE: A toner for developing positively charged electrostatic images is provided to improve the developing characteristic and the durability of the toner. CONSTITUTION: A toner for developing positively charged electrostatic images includes domains, which are composed of electric charge controlling resins, in binding resins. The binding resins are polyester resins. The electric charge controlling resins include additionally polymerizable monomers with tertiary ammonium salt functional groups, styrene, and/or tertiary ammonium salt functional group containing resins. The tertiary ammonium salt functional groups of the resins are the copolymer of acryl monomers.
