<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing technique for enabling accurate determination of whether or not a user is at a specific location. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor obtains first information indicating a feature amount of content and a location to be provided with the content, the feature amount associated with the location. The information processor determines time to start extracting the content feature amount and a period to extract the content feature amount for a first information processor possessed by a user, and transmits second information indicating the time and the period to the first information processor.
