<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for switching the scene state based on an element of interest. <P>SOLUTION: The switching system of the state of the scene based on the element of interest comprises: an input device which inputs a current captured image captured by an imaging apparatus as a current frame image; a detection device which determines the most possible existence region of the element of interest from the current frame image inputted from the input device; a state switching device which switches between the scene states of the most possible existence region on the basis of the previously defined respective scene states and switching conditions; and a display device which displays the region of interest coinciding with the current scene state, from the most possible existence region in accordance with the current scene state switched by the state switching device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
