PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coreless motor having a high power efficiency without torque ripples.
SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 120 magnetized to M poles is provided to an inside of an air-core coil obtained by arranging N×M unit coils 112 while being shifted in an angle of 2π/(N×M). Driving is performed by dividing the M unit coils arranged while being shifted in an angle of 2π/M as one phase into N-phase unit coils. In the nearest unit coil of one phase to a border of magnetic poles of the permanent magnet among the N-phase unit coils, a current is stopped. In a unit coil of one phase adjacent to the unit coil in a rotation direction to the unit coil, an absolute value of the current is increased. In a unit coil of one phase adjacent on a reverse side, the absolute value of the current is decreased. Further, in the case of existence of unit coils not falling under any of above cases, the unit coil is driven by applying a constant current. Thus, a coreless motor having a high power efficiency without torque ripples can be realized.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
