<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive tape or sheet, which can effectively hold an adherend in a state fixed on a seat even if the adherend has a warp, can prevent lateral shift due to pressing, and from which a processed article can be peeled by heating. <P>SOLUTION: The double-sided adhesive tape or sheet has a thermally peeling-type adhesive layer containing a thermally expandable microsphere on one surface of a base material, and a temporarily fixing adhesive layer on the other surface thereof, wherein the tensile adhesive force of the temporarily fixing adhesive layer is 2.0 to 20 N/20 mm-width; the shift amount is ≤0.3 mm/20 mm-width; and the temporarily fixing adhesive layer is crosslinked with an isocyanate-based or epoxy-based crosslinking agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
