<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium black dispersion composition for forming a light-shielding film, which has high dispersibility of titanium black and high storage stability; and a radiation-sensitive composition having good flatness due to reduced residue in pattern formation leading to no generation of roughness on the top face of the pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A titanium black dispersion composition for forming a light-shielding film in a solid-state image sensor, which is used for coating by an ink jet method, contains (A) a titanium black particle, (B) a dispersant and (C) an organic solvent, where the BET specific surface area of a dispersed body comprising the (A) titanium black particle is in the range of 20 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g to 120 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g, the dispersed body comprising the (A) titanium black particle comprises a Si atom, and the content ratio of the Si atom and a Ti atom in the dispersed body is in the range of 0.01 to 0.45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
