IMAGE PICKUP APPARATUS AND CAMERA SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliability of communication when a light-emitting device and an image pickup apparatus perform radiocommunication by electric waves and to accord exposure of the image pickup apparatus with the light emission of the light-emitting device at an appropriate timing.

SOLUTION: At least one of a timing of outputting a first light-emission command and a timing of commanding a shutter curtain to start traveling is corrected so as to stabilize an interval between the timing of outputting the first light-emission command out of light-emission commands outputted to the light-emitting device a plurality of times at predetermined intervals and the timing when the shutter curtain that travels according to the traveling start command finishes the traveling.
