<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of lowering the abnormality occurrence rate by suitably calculating the operation acceleration speed, or the like, of the region of a nozzle, a head, or the like, that is utilized for suction of a component by using the information of the component or the nozzle in a component mounting device. <P>SOLUTION: The component mounting device (an arithmetic unit) calculates the operation acceleration speed (a), or the like, of the region of the component mounting device when utilizing a nozzle type for suction of a component by using the information of the component and a nozzle (candidate), and using the ratio of the mass (m) of the component to the area (s) of the suction hole of the nozzle (S16). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
