<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray supply device and a part mounting device with low tact loss due to tray exchange. <P>SOLUTION: A tray supply device comprises: a tray guide passage 31 for guiding a tray TR fed from an entrance portion 31a so that the tray TR horizontally slides, passes through a first tray supply position PR1 and a second tray supply position PR2 and is fed out from an exit portion 31b; a tray feeding conveyor 22 that is disposed below the tray guide passage 31 and feeds the tray TR; a tray upwardly moving cylinder 32 for upwardly moving the tray TR fed by the tray feeding conveyor 22 to the entrance portion 31a of the tray guide passage 31; a tray feeding mechanism 34 for feeding the tray TR from the entrance portion 31a into the tray guide passage 31 to position the tray TR at a tray supply position and then feeding out the tray TR from the exit portion 31b; and a tray downwardly moving cylinder 33 for downwardly moving the tray TR fed out from the exit portion 31b by the tray feeding mechanism 34 to the tray feeding conveyor 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
