<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform angle detection of a rotation axis with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, an angle detector is provided with: an angle detection sensor; a first AD conversion part; a second AD conversion part; a first offset correction part; and a second offset correction part. The angle detection sensor performs angle detection of a rotation axis of a rotary apparatus, and generates a first signal, and a second signal orthogonal to the first signal. In the first AD conversion part, the first signal is input, and analog/digital conversion is performed to the first signal. In the second AD conversion part, the second signal is input, and the analog/digital conversion is performed to the second signal. In the first offset correction part, a third signal output from the first AD conversion part is input, and offset correction is performed to the third signal when the third signal is out of a range of a predetermined value. In the second offset correction part, a fourth signal output from the second AD conversion part is input, and the offset correction is performed to the fourth signal when the fourth signal is out of the range of the predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
