<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device that automatically performs failure recovery processing and, when needed, quickly requests an attendant dispatch. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device 12 is provided with failure detection means 44 that receives a failure occurence notification 30 or reads information of a pre-specified part to detect an occurence of a failure, information collection means 46 that collects status information 32 of the automatic transaction device 12 including an operation history before the failure occurence, a storage device 22 that stores a failure identification parameter 36 and a failure recovery procedure 38, information analysis means 48 that determines whether or not the status information 32 includes the failure identification parameter 36, recovery control means 50 that performs a recovery control procedure, dispatch request means 54 that transmits an attendant dispatch request message 41 via a network 16, and result reporting means 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
