PURPOSE:To provide the titled liquid containing a variety of amino acids necessary for the biosynthesis of proteins and capable of promoting the synthesis of tissue proteins, by preparing a fermentation liquid from rice malt, cereal, and water, separating acetic acid from the liquid, and using the resultant concentrated fermentation liquid as an active component. CONSTITUTION:A fermentation liquid is prepared from rice malt, cereal and water Acetic acid is separated from the liquid, and the obtained concentrated fermentation liquid is used as an active component of the titled liquid agent. Especially a liquid having a concentration of 2% exhibits the action to promote the smooth healing of the wound during the whole period from the early stage of the wound to the healing stage. The concentrated fermentation liquid contains 20 kinds of l-amino acids (e.g. aspartic acid, glycine, glutamic acid, etc.) including the essential amino acids constituting the cell proteins of the human body in balanced amounts. The amino acids act at the same time on the wound to replenish the tissue proteins lost by acute inflammation smoothly and to promote healing of the wound at an early stage. |
