<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of fastening force when there may exist a movement or some deformation of a load. <P>SOLUTION: A buckle 50 includes an arm 51 of U shape, a bar 52 slidably mounted on the arm 51, an end bar 53, and a compression coil spring 56 for urging the bar 52 in a direction separated from the end bar 53. One end of a first strap 4<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is connected with an end of the arm 51, one end of second strap 4<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is connected with the bar 52, a cam buckle 16 is mounted on the other end of the first strap 4<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and the other end of the second strap 4<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is inserted into the cam buckle 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
