<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which improves lowering of a processing speed resulting from abstraction by automotive software, using an algorithm specialized in dedicated hardware and automotive software. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention includes COM-ACC(COM accelerator)2-5 in a coexistent form with CPU2-1. A protocol stack operating on the CPU2-1 extracts PDU and PDUID.
