<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for reflector that has formability and productivity when used for forming the reflector, and exhibits excellent heat resistance when the reflector is formed by using the resin composition; and to provide a resin frame for the reflector, the reflector, semiconductor light-emitting device, and a forming method, using the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the resin composition for the reflector, comprising: a polymethylpentene resin; a white pigment; and spherical fused silica particles and/or modified cross-section glass fibers.
