<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of reducing deterioration of light emission brightness accompanying accumulation of light-emitting period or light emission of high brightness, and to provide a driving method capable of reducing the deterioration of the light emission brightness accompanying the accumulation of the light-emitting period or the light emission of the high brightness. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device of the present invention is the device which can obtain a plurality of display colors that differ in lightness and chromaticity by visually mixing light emission from a plurality of light-emitting elements in which each element has different light emission color.
