<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing iron phosphate lithium having more fine and uniform particle sizes with high purity and high yield. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing iron phosphate lithium includes steps for adding a carbon source to a mixture of a lithium compound, a phosphate compound and water, and introducing nitrogen gas, and adding a divalent iron compound, and mixing it for 30 minutes or longer, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction, and burning it in an inactive gas or a reducing atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
