<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new methods of treating metastatic bone cancer. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides the methods of treating bone cancer, particularly metastatic bone cancer, by administering an IGF-IR antagonist and/or a PDGFRα antagonist. The invention also provides antibodies that bind to human PDGFRα and neutralize activation of the receptor.
