<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a master cylinder of a brake device in the vicinity of a footrest without impairing an appearance of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This saddle-riding type vehicle includes a vehicle body frame 11 having down tubes 13, an engine 24 suspended by the vehicle body frame 11, the footrests 32 arranged in front lower parts of the engine 24 and placing feet of a rider, footrest brackets 34 for installing the footrests 32 in the down tubes 13, and brake devices 33 having brake pedals 35 arranged in the vicinity of the footrests 32 and turning by stepping force and the master cylinders 36 for operating by the brake pedals 35. The master cylinder 36 is arranged in the rear of the footrest bracket 34, and is arranged so that its cylinder axis O is arranged substantially horizontally, and a part of at least its front end part overlaps with the footrest bracket 34 in a vehicle right side view and a vehicle bottom side view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
