<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus in which an acquired transparent image can be used by collecting the transparent images by receiving the collection instruction by a transparent image collection operation means. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes: a storage means; a control means; and a transparent image collection operation means, wherein the storage means memorizes a transparent image that is acquired based on X rays radiated to the subject, and penetrating the subject so as to be used after the acquisition, the control means receives the collection instruction of the transparent image, and makes the storage means memorize the transparent image, and the transparent image collection operation means outputs the collection instruction.
